Student Leadership

High School Lead is an opportunity for students to be trained and equipped in biblical and leadership principles for life and ministry. We hope to see our students become servant leaders in their spheres of influence. They will be equipped to serve within High School, the church, and beyond.

Why does Lead exist?

Every believer is called to be a leader, a servant, and a minister of the gospel. The purpose of High School Lead is to be equipped in our unique wiring, to love, lead and serve people in our unique spheres of influence. We believe that high school students can have a great impact on the lives of those around them where they live, work, and go.

What does being a part of Lead look like?

The focus of Lead will be the training and equipping once a month with opportunities to serve throughout the year. Some of the material we will cover at our Lead Nights include:

  • Creating a vision for your life
  • Goal setting
  • Sharing your faith & getting practical
  • What is my purpose? What are my gifts?
  • Spiritual Disciplines
  • Loving your neighbor
  • Time management and rest
  • Asking good questions and navigating deeper conversations
  • Finances

In addition to our monthly trainings, we will partner with Sojourn Adventures and Community Outreach for team-building and practical application of the principles we are learning, and also to have fun as a community!
